BOW Tournament Volunteer Requirements

All players participating in the tournament must have a parent register and complete at least one volunteer shift, or provide food/snack items for the referee room (If a family has two players playing in the tournament they must complete two volunteer shifts (not including 2 food related items, eg 1 Tournament volunteer shift and 1 food item)). With 83 games scheduled over the three days, it's essential that we keep our referees well-fed and ready for the games. To support this, we’ll ensure snacks and meals are available for the referees throughout the weekend. Popular meal options from previous tournaments include pulled pork, meatballs with rice, spaghetti and salad—essentially, anything that can be easily kept warm for a few hours in a crock pot works great!  When signing up for meals or cookies/baking please comment on what you are planning on making/dropping off so we can offer the refs a variety of food choices throughout the weekend.
